Here to Assist

As a professional Counselor, asking the right questions is very important. Below you will find a compilation of the most common questions I’ve been asked about  the counseling services I provide. If you still have questions after reading through the FAQs, please give me a call or send me an email, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Am I able to be seen if I have a work schedule that is not the typical 9-5 or Monday through Friday?

Absolutely! It is our goal to provide convenience to current and future clients. When you contact us just let us know about any scheduling issues that have interfered with you getting services before now.

Can I book an Intake Session?

Absolutely! Your can book an initial screening/assessment or consultation which will take place on a HIPPA secure telehealth platform.

What are your fees?

At this time insurance is not being accepted, but you can choose a counseling membership that fits your needs based on availability and issues of concern. Also, the length of individual sessions that are not in a membership determines the fee. Therefore, to know specifically for your needs, please contact us, so that we can make sure you receive the information that best suits your needs; if you were unable to get clarity from the website.

How do I pay if insurance is not accepted?

Ameliorate accepts debit/credit cards and HSA. If you have insurance and are permitted by that provider to seek services out of network, you can obtain an invoice so that your insurance provider reimburses you.
